4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free Audits: Delivered free of charge with zero obligation.
- Bespoke Web Services: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, custom web design and bespoke development services are non-refundable once work has commenced with client consent.
- Retainers/Deposits: Initial setup fees cover administrative onboarding, server provisioning, and dedicated development time, and are non-refundable once work begins.

We provide services with reasonable skill and care but are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
