Affiliate Terms

1. Commission Structure

• Standard affiliates: 5%–10% commission.
• Partner tier (PARTNER15): 15% commission — £59.55 per setup sale.
• VIP tier (VIP20): 20% commission — £79.40 per setup sale.
• Commission is paid exclusively on the upfront £397 website setup fee. The ongoing £39/month hosting and concierge maintenance subscription is excluded from all commissions.

2. Payout Terms

Commissions are processed monthly via UK bank transfer or PayPal, once the referred sale has been verified and the setup fee has cleared. Payout details are held securely against your partner account.

3. Prohibited Actions

• Self-referrals, or referrals made through friends, family or connected companies on your behalf.
• Spamming — unsolicited email, SMS, WhatsApp broadcast, forum or comment posting.
• Bidding on WebsiteExperts.co.uk brand search terms or close variants in paid search.
• Misleading advertisements, false claims, fake reviews, or promises of results we have not published.

4. UK ASA / CMA Compliance

All affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate links. Use '#ad' or an equally clear written notice in the same place as the link, in line with UK ASA CAP Code and CMA guidance on paid endorsements. Undisclosed promotion is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commission.

5. Reversals

Commissions are cancelled or refunded if the client cancels, is refunded, or initiates a chargeback within 30 days of the setup payment. Reversed amounts are deducted from your next payout.
